Default Vietnamese wine

Just came back from Vietnam. Obviously tremendous food, and more often than
not, interesting imported wines.

Curiously enough, there is one local winery, Vang Dalat. Their white wine
discouraged me from trying the red, yet I find the tasting notes on their
website absolutely glorious:

"The strong fragrance of fermented fruit adhered to fermented wine
fragrance. Sour tasting adhered to sophisticated acrid. The main material is
Cardinal grape combined with a small percent of Dalat mulberry."

For more "sophisticated acrid" and similar "Little of sour, little of acrid,
little of sophisticated feeling in one bottle of wine.", check

http://www.dalatwine.com/en/home.php

By the way, hope you will have some better bottles over the next days!

Merry Xmas

Yves
