With a dinner of roast lamb tonight, I opened:

2008 Le Bout du Monde "L'Ecume des Jours" Cotes de Rousillon Villages
nose: tarry, earthy, animale
palate: good acidity, medium body, dark fruit

Really a lovely wine and my first encounter with the grape (Lledoner Pelut).
