{TN] '98 Pegau
Tonight, broiled rack of lamb was on the dinner menu, so with this we chose:
1998 Dom. du Pegau Chateauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Réservée
nose: meaty, kirsch fruit, graphite
palate: medium body, vivid acidity, loads of fruit
A great match with the lamb, this wine is just now reaching maturity.
No hurry on this, as it's got years yet ahead of it, but it's drinking
very well now and only promises to get better with age.
