Default 2005 Bouchard Le Corton GC

I opened a bottle last night...still quite young. Tight nose of dried
cherries and earthy mineral notes. Quite elegant and restrained on
the palate. Plenty of fruit and structure, firm tannins and well
balanced acidity. Red berries and cherries, mushrooms and yuzu with a
bit of citrus peel on the finish. Needs at least five more years.
