I'm making chili with green onions, avocado, sour cream and shredded
jack cheese as toppings. I use bulk sausae, ultra lean ground beef, and
small chunks of chuck from a small cut up roast. We have left over
spinach salad from that pork tenderloin recipe we had last night, so
will add that to the menu.

Have taromosalata and spinach dip with flax or soy chips.

Non alc beer for Tom and some pinot noir for moi.

Your chicken sounds wonderful! Buttering the skin and roasting at 450?

We're going out to Taco Time and then grocery shopping. I guess what we
have for dinner is what they have at the store. No telling what that might
be. We don't watch football.

OMG Cheri, what A lifesaver you are!!!!!! I have been desperately
looking for my favourite game for months and I had forgotten the name of
it! I couldn't look in my old computer because the boys accidentally
tossed it into a pickup bin and I didn't realise until after it had been
picked up.
