    Default Todays Playoff Menu

Roast chicken spatchcocked over lots of veggies, zucchini, mushrooms,
carrots, cauliflower...oh, and pork rinds. ;-) No tomato beers (damnit) but
Pepsi Max to drink.Yours? Susan, I know you're pulling for Giants, and may
    the best team win!!!

I'm making chili with green onions, avocado, sour cream and shredded
jack cheese as toppings. I use bulk sausae, ultra lean ground beef, and
small chunks of chuck from a small cut up roast. We have left over
spinach salad from that pork tenderloin recipe we had last night, so
will add that to the menu.

Have taromosalata and spinach dip with flax or soy chips.

Non alc beer for Tom and some pinot noir for moi.

Your chicken sounds wonderful! Buttering the skin and roasting at 450?

P.S. I'm pretty sure I need to slip Tom some pre medication for the
game. History is a great teacher.

LOL, mine just starts swearing and refuses to finish watching it. I believe
he plays Snood in the office with the door closed. He really despises SF and
    NE!

We're going out to Taco Time and then grocery shopping. I guess what we
have for dinner is what they have at the store. No telling what that might
    be. We don't watch football.

I'll see what I can do about a cherry Xanax lozenge for Tom. He's
working the Nicorette gum at about 5000 rpms. :-)

We life-time Giant fans are used to illogical outcomes. <g>

Beer can chicken is on our menu here.

OMG Cheri, what A lifesaver you are!!!!!! I have been desperately
looking for my favourite game for months and I had forgotten the name of
it! I couldn't look in my old computer because the boys accidentally
tossed it into a pickup bin and I didn't realise until after it had been
    picked up.

Hey, glad to help. You found the dog with the bobbing head for me many years
ago. I like Snood too, but he's crazy about it. :-)

Yes, my husband was a near 25 year loser til 1986, when our baby was
born and the Giants won it all within weeks of each other.

I entered the picture during the Phil Simms era.
