now i have a whole new set of stress to deal with...

I sleep around ten hours, about 1 or 2 hours at a time. I wake up, turn
over and go back to sleep. Sometimes, I'm awakened by SEVERE leg cramps.
Jun and I massage and rolf my legs and I walk with her assistance to end
    the agony.

i saw some things after the wreck regarding the dh's health i
hadn't/wouldn't see before, its serious and i am refraining from specifics,
partly for his privacey and my sanity, lets just say i am kicking myself for
being blinder than my eyes would indicate, Lee

    is this anxiety?
i hate to say 'take a med' but......... if you are having PTSD from the
accident, the SOONER you address this, the more likely for a full recovery

Hopefully it will work out for you. Can't solve a problem you don't know
about Or if not solve, at least find a workable compromise.
