Thanks, Susan. That does look interesting. I like tofu a lot and eat
it more frequently than most westerners do. I can sometimes buy sheets
of tofu in the Asian market near my office, and they have it in many
other forms, too. The last thing I need is another hobby, so I'll keep
buying my tofu. I have way too many cook books, so I'm going to hold
off on buying this right now, but it does look good.
