    Default New cookbook: Asian Tofu

    x-no-archive: yes

This author comes very highly recommended by other serious foodies, so
I'm considering pre-order since I love well prepared tofu but don't make
use of it often enough... I'm posting it here because it caught my
notice that one of the recipes in is for a noodle dish made from sheets
of what I assume is dried tofu, extremely low carb.

Thanks, Susan. That does look interesting. I like tofu a lot and eat
it more frequently than most westerners do. I can sometimes buy sheets
of tofu in the Asian market near my office, and they have it in many
other forms, too. The last thing I need is another hobby, so I'll keep
buying my tofu. I have way too many cook books, so I'm going to hold
off on buying this right now, but it does look good.

Your library system may buy it, or you can ask them to. Always good to
test run a cookbook. And you'll get to see reviews. I think I'll buy
it, so will let you know what I think.

I will not be making my own tofu, though the kit is very cheap...
