    Default Good shopping day today!

We went to Winco and I had to get some fresh Rosemary which is something I
don't normally buy. And near there I discovered a small section of vegan
foods! They had the rice cheese slices that I have mostly been doing
without. I did recently get some at the new Whole Foods but with their
prices we won't be going too often.

Got plenty of Yukon Gold potatoes and white onions for Easter dinner and
also a family pack of green beans. Went to the Costco next door and got the
apples there. I had to go there anyway to get something for my mom and I
wasn't sure that Winco would have the apples. They often do now. But then
of course as luck would have it, they did!

We have not had to buy much food lately. Mainly just fresh produce, bread
and stuff like that. Our freezers are full of pre-cooked meat. And we've
been working on eating our way through the stock pile of canned stuff. I
will be giving some of the canned chicken and tuna to the food bank next
month when the postpeople have their food drive. No sense in keeping much
of that around since I can't eat it any more but it is nice to have a few
    cans in the house.
