Ate around 9 PM. Before dinner BG 66! Had a big steaming bowl of pork broth
soup. Tofu, bitter melon, ground pork, squid tentacles, mushrooms, some
kind of pickled Chinese vegetable(s), and lots of FGBP; followed by a
delicious strawberry. No carbs there, so Jun brought me a pop,
chocolate-covered vanilla ice cream. One hour PP BG 82. Felt fine before
and after. Party at a ristorante tomorrow: eggplant parmesan, spaghetti and
dry red wine. Bringing my glucometer. ;-)
