Do you think it IS from concentrate? Is there another method?
Somehow, that stuff in the box does taste better to me than the frozen
stuff.
It's fresh squeezed but it was fresh squeezed like a month before you bought
it... don't you see those sell by dates... with only refrigeration it
ferments and its nutrition is greatly diminished
Nothing like buying a bag of oranges, peel, slice and eat as fast as
you can.
Oranges from the market could have been picked many weeks ago, they're not
even close to fresh... once picked the the half life of Vitamin C contained
in oranges being what it is it nearly totally expires in like a week.
Unless you have your own citrus trees your best bet is frozen concentrate
you reconstitute yourself.
