Unless you live where caught that morning and/or live seafood is available
frozen is best. And the same with veggies... most frozen veggies are
actually fresher than what's sold as fresh at the market... for truly fresh
produce you pretty much need to grow your own. Unless you have a citrus
tree to pick from frozen citrus is freshest and most nutritious. Paying a
premium for refrigerated OJ that claims to be Not From Concentrate is a big
fat sales gimmick, it is nowhere near as fresh tasting or nutritious as
frozen concentrate you reconstitute yourself.
